Ultrafine black talc powder series

Using high-quality black talc resources as raw materials, it undergoes processes such as crushing, impurity removal, grinding, air flow pulverization or wet sorting, sand grinding, flake peeling, pressure filtration and dehydration, drying, and re-dispersion and depolymerization. Thus, new micro-nano scale functional raw materials with different particle sizes, morphological structures, surface characteristics and application functions are produced. The product retains the lamellar structure characteristics of black talc minerals and certain surface hydrophobicity, and can be used as inert or functional powder fillers.

Modified black talc powder series

Using various black talc powders as raw materials, through different types of physical, chemical and physicochemical methods for composite, surface modification, coating or grafting of organic functional groups and other reactions, a series of powders with different surface structures and functions are produced. It has different affinities, selectivity and compatibility with different types of rubber, plastic and other polymer matrices. It can be widely applied in various types of rubber, plastics, special coatings and other fields.

Calcined black talc bright white ultrafine powder series

Bright white and light white calcined powders with different whiteness, particle size and performance are obtained by using black talc powders of various particle sizes or structures obtained under different grinding conditions as raw materials and changing the calcination process parameters.

Calcined Black Talc-Based Modified Powder Series

The calcined black talc modified powder series is made of black talc powder calcined under different conditions (whiteness can reach more than 95%), using different types of chemical reagents, through physical, chemical, and physicochemical methods for surface modification, coating or grafting of different types of organic functional groups, thereby producing modified composite powders with different surface characteristics, structures and functions. This powder product has excellent affinity and compatibility with various organic polymer materials, and can produce various light-colored high-performance composite materials.

Calcined black talc powder composite masterbatch series

Using black talc powder or black talc bright white powder calcined at different temperatures as raw materials, after surface modification and plastic processing. Resin matrix composites are used to prepare different series of plastic masterbatch materials. After the primary compounding of calcined black talc bright white powder with different types of pigments (such as red, yellow, blue, and green) raw materials, it is then blended and melted with different types of polymer bodies, and finally cut into granules to form color masterbatch raw materials of different colors.
